Looking For Paradise

Once free to roam their home the wilderness,

From the mountain paths to the forest woods,

Now destroyed without any tenderness,

Erased from history but few still stood.

Hiding under skin that is not their own,

Living, hiding in plain sight of mankind,

Looking for the one that is the unknown,

The one who will lead all who are not blind.

Fur as white as snow dyed by crimson blood,

Leader, protector, and guide of the pack,

The one who will lead them by brotherhood,

Running from the one with the fur of black.

Four wolves on a journey to paradise,

To live or die that is their sacrifice.
